Elite Contract-to-Close Package - $375 - Review executed contract and addenda for accuracy and completion by all parties
- Turn in completed paperwork to office/verify commission disbursement
- Send client copy of executed contract, customized intro letter, utility information
- Coordinate title and financing deadlines with title and lender
- Review title commitment for accuracy/any issues
- Coordinate Resale Certificate/HOA document delivery with title
- Coordinate closing time/review HUD with client
- Online transaction management system accessible for our Realtors
Elite Listing-to-Close Package - $690 - ($345 up front and $345 at closing)
- Price includes Elite Contract-to-Close Package
- Photograph listings and prepare flyer
- Enter listing in MLS & Craig’s List (upload pictures & PDF documents)
- Verify property taxes and schools listed on MLS
- Prepare customized marketing booklets and CDs with flyer, seller disclosure, survey, etc.
- Submit paperwork to office & paperwork for office magazine (if applicable)
- Submit paperwork to relocation company (if applicable)
- Order virtual tour/professional photography
- Coordinate open houses, Realtor Tours
- Maintain property information on all applicable websites
- Maintain daily showing feedback
- Provide weekly market report and CMA’s to seller
